Bow Street FC held their Summer Cabaret Evening on Friday 20th September at Y Consti where guests feasted on a selection of top-class entertainment including world renown classical Tenor Rhys Meirion, rising star Callum Duell and comedian Steve Royle. Former Welsh International footballer Owain Tudor Jones hosted proceedings on a glorious night at the top of Constitution Hill.
Wyn Lewis, Bow Street FC Chairman added – ‘this is an event we as a club have been looking to arrange for some years now and I’m delighted that our guests had a great night – the feedback has been phenomenal, which is probably testament to the phenomenal support we’ve had from Huw Bates and Haka Entertainment in pulling things together’. With it being such a successful night, we’re already giving thought to the next summer event.
I’d like to thank Neville Evans, Cambrian Tyres and our FAW Representatives Dai Alun Jones, Will Lloyd and Graham Evans for generously supporting us, and we’re delighted to support a number of local charities from our auction proceeds including Hospice at Home Aberystwyth Volunteering, the Anna Evans Arts Fund and the Ceredigion National Eisteddfod 2020.
