Cost per team = £20 (cheques made payable to Bow Street FC please)

Application forms must be returned with payment by 14th June 2008 and are dealt with on a first come first served basis. Due to popular demand we have had to put a limit on the number of teams allowed in each category. Applications are subject to the discretion of the organising committee.
