Bow Street Reserves faced Bont for the second time this season hoping to avenge their defeat earlier in the season. Bow Street gave a first start of the season to veteran striker Iwan Roberts. Bow Street started the game brightly and played some excellent football at times but they were unable to capatalise on their chances. It was in fact Bont that took the lead through former Magpie Lee Jones, with a free-kick that sailed over everyone into the back of the net. Bont doubled their lead before half-time capatalising on a mix up in defence following another free-kick. Bow Street were unlucky to be 2-0 down half-time.

The second half pretty much followed the story of the first half. The Reserves played some good football but found themselves even further behind after conceding another 2 goals. In all credit to the Magpies they continued to battle until the end and managed to pull back two goals through Paul Bonner and a penalty from Nick Smith.
